    Our founder and principal consultant, Dr. Eileen Murray, has over 25 years of experience in education, including instructional coaching, high school and college teaching, educational research, and teacher leader development and support.

    SENIOR CONSULTANT

    Our senior consultant, Helene Leonard, is an adjunct professor, research assistant, and doctoral candidate at Montclair State University with over 16 years of experience teaching secondary mathematics in New Jersey.

We're passionate about empowering K-16 STEM education through transformative professional learning experiences and research.

Our goals are to support teachers with evidence-backed educational methods, and researchers to advance educational innovations.

Through our tailored professional learning experiences, we aim to support educators in developing their pedagogical skills, integrating technology into their instruction, and fostering a collaborative learning environment. We understand the unique challenges that educators face and are committed to providing them with the support they need to thrive.

Our deep knowledge of the educational research space drive our work in program evaluation, research support, and bridging research and practice. We help measure impact, strengthen scholarship, and ensure that research-based innovations reach educators and improve teaching and learning.
